The apartment is within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants which can all be found in Flamenca Beach or by the Mercadona supermarket. 8 to 15 minutes walk to either. Stunning Villamartin Plaza complex (which has many further amenities) is a 5 minute drive

The main town of Torrevieja is a 15minute drive away and has shops, beaches and a water park. The local salt lakes (Laguna/Salinas) which have large natural areas and cycle paths are also around 15minutes drive away.
Further inland are the mountain ranges which offer breathtaking scenery, while those interested in the more traditional Spanish culture can visit the local old towns of Orihuela, Elche and Murcia, all of which offer fine architecture and museums.
Alicante and Murcia, which both house international airports and a large variety of shops, are both around 45minutes drive from the apartment.

Golf:
Villamartin is a very well known area for golfers.

Both Las Ramblas and Campoamar golf courses are just a little bit further.

La Finca, situated at the foot of Mount Escotera, is around a 30minute drive away
Beaches:

Beaches (All Blue Flag)
Where do you start. So many and so varied.
Playa Flamenca is 14 minutes walk and is a sandy beach whilst a walk along the cliff top brings you to La Zenia.
La Zenia beach offers hire of many pleasure activities in the summer. Pedaloes, jet skiis etc.

TV German, French, Spanish and English channels.
