This beautifully appointed, fully air conditioned property is on two levels. On the lower level is the Master (double) bedroom with en suite bathroom complete with bathtub, a twin bedroom, separate bathroom, American style kitchen, Lounge and glazed terrace. Up the spiral staircase to the upper level where there is another bedroom with one single and one King double bed, bathroom and large sun terrace. If there are little ones in your family group there is a Travel cot and a High chair in the apartment for their comfort. Along with this comes garage parking for your convenience.
Calpe offers two fine white sandy beaches which sit either side of the rock, " Ifach ", that dominates this coastline ( see photos ). Playa Levante is situated to the left of the left of the rock, just off of the Moraira coast road and is the beach that this property overlooks. Playa Arenal is the town beach which is on the other side of the rock alongside the port area, Both are "Blue Flag" beaches and great playgrounds for all ages. Backing both beaches are wide promenades "Paseos" where one can stroll and enjoy the colourful shops, bars and cafès.
Calpe remains a working Spanish townso you can still get a taste of the real Spain whilst enjoying the tourist amenities.
The commercial centre of town offers great shopping and an abundance of restaurants and bars. The cuisine available is international and, besides Spanish of course, includes Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Italian among others. Well worth a visit are the fish restaurants in the port where the
" catch of the day " is displayed to tempt your types of nightlife are provided in town from small Tapas bars to ten pin bowling to late night clubs. The "old town" has a character and charm all of its own with the traditional narrow winding streets, cosy bars and fine restaurants.
Once settled into this accommodation, unless you are going sightseeing, a car is not a necessity. All of your everyday requirements are close to hand and there is easy access to public transport with which to explore further afield whether by bus or train. Families can enjoy a great day out at the Terra Mitica theme park, the Mundomar aquarium or the Aqualandia Water Park, all of which are on the bus and train routes. There are also boat trips from the port which take you to Altea, Javea, Benidorm or Denia. From the port of Denia the more adventurous can take the hydrofoil across to the islands of Ibiza and Mallorca.

Notes
Payment by Paypal can be arranged at a fee of 3% of the total. Prices are quoted per week for the rental in pounds sterling and includes final clean. Bed linen, 1 hand and 1 shower towels per person are provided, (but NOT Beach/ Bath towels)and will be charged at 8 pounds per person per week. A double bed counts as linen for 2 people.
