Recently and sympathetically restored, traditional, Andalucian townhouse retaining many original features such as beamed ceilings, stone tiled floors and exposed stone walls.

The property is situated in a quiet street, too narrow for cars to pass on, in a tranquil but easily accessible corner of the old town. The circunvalacion is nearby for easy parking. Local shops, restaurants and bars are only a few minutes walk away.

Access is gained via steps from a small communal patio shared with one other neighbour.

LOWER LEVEL

Kitchen with stone tiled floor, small breakfast table and seating, vitroceramic hob, fridge and washing machine.

MIDDLE LEVEL

Living area with original stone tiled floor and exposed stone walls. Dining table and seating.

Bathroom with shower, wc and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 1 with original stone tiled floor and beamed ceiling. Double bed and alcoves with hanging space.

TOP FLOOR

Bedroom 2 with twin beds.

Access to roof terraces. Top terrace has a Morrocan dining table and seating.

Both terraces enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the village, the nearby natural park and the ocean to Africa.

A place to chill and relax

House was really lovely - very typical of the area and nicely decorated. Easy walking distance from shops, restaurants, plazas and taxis. Great having 2 terraces to sit out on, to relax and enjoy the view of the coast - lower terrace gets great breeze that keeps you cool when it's hot. If I were to suggest any extras that would be handy would be the kitchen needs better cooking facilities - only 2 ring hob is not enough. A toaster and/or a microwave would be handy also. The option of having a mosquito net in the bedrooms would also be a huge plus. All in all this we found this house a lovely place to stay and would recommend it to others thinking of staying in Vejer.
