This spacious newly furnished apartment (110 m2) is on 3rd floor in a 4-story building with elevator. Beautiful 4 km sandy beach (sheltered bay) is within 50m from apartment. Apartment is located in a very center of Roses on pedestrian street next to beautiful promenade along the beach.
The length of the entire promenade is perfect for jogging, strolling or just people watching.
Thanks to central location, you will be close to many restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. There is also daily local market nearby selling fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, cured ham etc.
Town of Roses is one of the most attractive resorts on Costa Brava with excellent sandy beaches, very clear sea and lovely promenade. Its situated on northern part of Costa Brava, only 30 km from France.
Surrounded by natural parks, Roses has excellent natural harbour, fishing port, a huge marina and many possibilities for entertainment and excursions by boat or by bus.
Roses is well connected by bus to Barcelona, Girona and Figueres (birth place of Salvador Dali with famous museum Dali) - 30 min ride to Figueres by bus.
Since our apartment is only about 5 min walk from central bus station, you can travel directly by bus to Barcelona (90-120 min), Girona (60 min) – with perfectly preserved old town and castle.
It’s also possible to organize day trips to France, Andorra and Pyrenees.
How to get there:
Barcelona international airport: 90-120 min drive
Girona Ryanair airport: 60 min drive.
Activities: hiking, biking, fishing, shopping, swimming, diving, sightseeing, boating, sailing.
