This modern penthouse apartment has a large bright living/dining room. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. The rear terrace of 20 sq. metres looks on to the private pool and gardens while the other terrace of 30 sq. metres has wonderful panoramic views of the village and sea. The apartment has sky t.v. and is newly furnished to a very high standard it is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, The immaculate kitchen has a fridge freezer, washing machine and all the facilities to offer a choice of home cooking or eating out at the huge variety if restaurants nearby. The sitting room boasts of a patio door to the front and rear terrace giving all day sunbathing while the double bedrooms patio door allows you to step out to the terrace for breakfast in the sun. The apartment has lift access to the door which makes it suitable for all ages, the lift also takes you to a secure private parking space if required.

This apartment benefits from its quiet location but having easy access to the motorway, train station and airport. Locally you are spoilt for choice with bars and restaurants. Close by you have tennis courts, zoo,waterworld and cinema. This area is a golfers paradise, walkers and climbers are also in their element. Tivoli world is easily reached by train and this offers everything for the children and adults alike. Places like Benelmadina, Malaga, Torrimolenus, Marbella, Mijas and Rhonda are well worth a visit. Its well known that the Spanish will have a fiesta at the drop of a hat and Los Pacos is no different they have fiestas at easter and September. The main ferrier though is in Fuengirola it starts on the 6th October and lasts for 6 days and nights

LOVELY HOME FROM HOME

My stay at this appartment can only be described as fantastic, great location, great views, everything we needed was only a short walk away. Access to trains and bus was easy, everyone was so friendly, I hope to rebook this place very soon, as I love the Los Boliches and Fuengirola area.The Pool area was great too, but the shallow end was a little too deep I felt for my daughter who is six, but if you are a confident swimmer this should be no problem for you. also it would be useful if the appartment had a microwave, just to make reheating food a little quicker, other than that every thing was just great.
