This 2nd floor apartment can be reached by lift or stairs from the main entrance or secure underground parking space. Once inside this bright, modern,ultra silent air/ conditioned apartment you will find all that you need to make this a relaxing, stress-free holiday.
The large, comfortable lounge exudes style and comfort and is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD ,CD player & leather sofas.
The dining area gives views to the surrounding hills and countryside.
A breakfast bar provides the obligatory friends or family gathering to discuss or plan the days events whilst preparation is going on in the well stocked, fully fitted kitchen. You will find:

After a hard day on the beach, freshen up in the large family bathroom complete with bath,shower, toilet, sink and bidet or the 2nd bathroomwith spacious,luxury, shower cubicle, sink and toilet.Both the bathroom and shower room are fed by separate water tanks so no shortage of hot water.
You’ll then be ready for a fabulous meal in any of the local restaurants. Take your pick from Spanish, Italian, French, English,Chinese,Thai and Indian!
Once the evening’s activities are spent then it’s time to rest your head in any of the 3 inviting bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes and drawers. You’ll find a hairdryer here in one of the bedside cabinets.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and a comfortable, easy assembly sofa bed, also for 2 people,if required.
There are fitted wardrobes and drawers here also.
Bedroom 3 has sturdy bunk beds – ideal for kids or those young at heart! It also has a freestanding wardrobe with dressing table and mirror.
All bedrooms have full-length mirrors.
The large swimming pool, with separate adult and children sections,plus terrace areas is on the 5th floor.
There is a rooftop terrace on the 7th floor that boasts fantastic panoramic views.

Moraira is widely considered to be the “Jewel in the Crown” along this stretch of the Costa Blanca coast.
Originally a small fishing village, the town has grown into an up market, cosmopolitan resort whilst retaining a lot of it’s original character. You won’t find any high rise hotels here! Tasteful apartments and luxury villas predominate.
There are 3 beaches within 15 minutes walk of each other. L’Ampolla beach is sandy and ideal for children with its rock pools, play area and beach side restaurant/café. It has withheld its blue flag status for many years.
Andrago beach is wild and unspoilt.
The stunning bay of El Portet provides a sheltered, gently sloping sandy blue flag beach, popular with the locals. A promenade with tables, chairs and sunshades, served by 2 restaurants, provides welcome respite from the sun.
The backdrop is one of millionaire villas amongst lush green hillside. In peak season the luxury yachts that moor in the bay are a sight to behold.
Moraira harbour comes to life from early morning when the local fishing boats return with their catch of the day that can be bought at the local fish market. From here on in the town buzzes with locals and visitors alike as people get on with their daily activities, whether that be work in the many bars, restaurants and exclusive shops or at leisure. You simply must take the opportunity to watch the world go by sampling the “churros” -breakfast fritters – invented for the sole purpose of dunking in coffee or thick hot chocolate.
The Moors & Christians festival,with spectacular processions, beach battles & firework displays is celebrated in June and there are numerous other local fiestas that are worth seeing. See Fiestas Program below.
To the North of Moraira, 15 minutes drive, is the popular coastal town of Javea, and 15 minutes further north is Denia – a large bustling town, which saw some action from the Americas Cup, held in Valencia 2007.
Driving 15 minutes inland you will find yourself amongst citrus groves and then if you proceed to the beautiful valley of Jalon – a fertile vine growing area – you can sample the local muscatel grape from the wine cooperatives. This area boasts some dramatic mountain scenery that lures you in to explore it further.
Whether that is by car, on 2 wheels, on horseback or by foot – the choice is yours.
For the keen golfer there are 3 courses in the area. Golf Ifach, on the outskirts of Moraira with lovely views to Calpe rock is a 9-hole course. Javea Golf Club is a 10 minute drive away, 9 hole also and “La Sella” Denia is 18 hole and part of the luxury Marriott Hotel complex, 25 minutes drive away.
