This lovely, bright south facing, 2 bedroom, villa is located in a quiet gated,urbanization just a short walk to some of the local bars and restaurants. It is south facing and has 3 terraces ensuring you benefit from the sun all day long. The house has air conditioning.

Bedroom 1: has a south facing balcony with views of the pool area.
Bedroom 2: two single beds, fitted wardrobe.
Bathroom: large shower, vanity unit, wc
Downstairs Cloakroom: sink, wc
Kitchen: fully fitted with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, iron, washing machine etc. All crockery and cutlery.
Lounge/Diner: Sofa, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, DVD,
i-pod docking station/CD/MP3/radio.

Outside: Ground floor terrace with table and chairs, only 50 metres to the pool. There is private parking to the side of the villa.
Roof Terrace/Solarium: There is a wonderful private roof terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs for dining and panoramic sea and pool views on those lazy evenings.

We recommend hiring a car to get the best out of the area.

Notes
The popular area of Playa Flamenca has something for everyone. There are many bars and restuarants nearby. The Blue flag beaches of Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig & La Zenia are nearby. An excellent Saturday market 5 mins walk. A mini mart, restaurants, pub, internet cafe within 5 mins walk. The popular Playa Flamenca Beach complex and go karting track are a short distance from the villa.

A huge choice of bars and restaurants. We are within easy driving distance of the 3 fantastic golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. Come and enjoy the Spanish sunshine.
Torrevieja with its marina, lovely new bars,water park, shopping mall and sea front market is only 10 minutes drive.
