This independent villa is situated very close to the beach (150 metres) in an area called Marbesa, also known as beach side of Las Chapas, not far from the well-known Hotel Don Carlos, between Marbella (10 km.) and Fuengirola (20 km.) The villa has 900m2 private mature tropical garden with pool.
You will find easy walking distance to minimum 3 beach restaurants and aprox. 1 km. to supermarkets and busstop.
The villa is all on one level and has a spacious livingroom overlooking the pool and garden, spacious and fully equiped kitchen, 2 ensuite bedrooms and a third bedroom and a third bathroom, air condition, BBQ area, garage... Ideal for the perfect family holiday. Very private.

Pets ARE normaly allowed, but please advice and ask.

The famous Nikki Beach and the well known hotel Don Carlos aprox 1 km.

Sleeps 7 people. Cot and high chair available on request.
WIFI free internet (Wireless internet free of charge for our Tenants)

To book the villa we ask 50% paid up front. The rest is due to pay on arrival plus a refundable deposit of 500,- Euros.
The villa is clean when you arrive and will be cleaned after you leave, just make sure to remove any garbage when you leave...
