This new top floor apartment has been furnished to a high standard, air conditioned, and being next to the pool is ideally situated for all your family and golfing holidays, or simply soaking up the sun around the pool or on a local beach. It comfortably sleeps 5 people and is only a 5 minute stroll to the picturesque Villamartin Plaza where you will find a wide range of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and banks. The beautiful blue flag beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor are just a 5 minute drive, all with little beach bars to enjoy a cool drink whilst you relax in the sun. For the golfers out there, you are spoilt for choice, with the courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor with the great views from its clubhouse only 5 minutes drive. Many more top courses are within 15-45 minutes.
Accommodation The living/dining area is well furnished. It comprises one three seat sofa, dining table with four chairs and matching sideboard and coffee table. There is Digital Satellite TV showing English/Sky Sports/Sky Movies/17 Radio Channels along with a DVD and CD player for your entertainment. The living/dining area has hot/cold air conditioning and ceiling fans. Patio Doors which lead on to your private balcony keeps the room light and airy.

OUT AND ABOUT IN THE LOCAL AREA Also available locally for the adventurous are Sailing, Marina’s, Go-Karts, Quad Bikes and Cycling. The famous salt lakes of Torreveija with many types of wild fowl are just a 15 minute drive away. There are several different nature walks to suit all levels of fitness and is a perfect place to enjoy the fresh air and a little bit of peace and quite. There is also the Water Park of Aquopolis in Torrevieja which is open June to September. The Theme Park of Terra Mitica situated outside Benedorm is an hours drive, great place for some family fun. Why not take a drive out through the Orange and Lemon groves and see a bit of “real” Spain. The historical site of Guadalest, set up in the mountains amongst some stunning scenery is well worth a visit.

Special notes GENERAL INFORMATION Linen and Towels are provided (not beach towels). A weekly linen change (min 9 days stay) is included. The final clean is included. Arrival and departure days are flexible. A deposit of 20% is taken on booking, the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings taken within 8 weeks are to be paid in full upon booking. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. A damage deposit of £100 is taken on arrival and will be refunded on departure once the property has been checked. You will be sent full written confirmation along with directions to your accommodation on receipt of your deposit. We will meet and greet you on arrival to give you the keys and show you around your accommodation, and be on hand during your stay if needed. We will collect keys on your departure. Airport Transfers, Car Hire, Welcome Packs, Golf Tee Times, Childs Cot/High Chair can all be arranged on request. Information packs are left for your use in the property. TWO OTHER APARTMENTS SITUATED AROUND THE SAME POOL ARE AVAILABLE FOR LARGER PARTIES. We accept no liability for the loss of any valuables or any other insurable items. We advise all guests to take out adequate Travel Insurance.
