Modern, spacious quality villa with easy access via a small private road, ideal for families or couples looking for a quiet relaxing holiday. Sleeps up to 10. Plenty of parking to side of villa with air conditioning in all bedrooms, lounge and dining area fully included in price. There are also fans fitted in three bedrooms.

Easy access to villa (no steps) is via a security gate at ground floor level leading into a bright and airy hallway, fully fitted kitchen including dish washer, a large lounge with dining area and stone fireplace. The lounge has two large patio doors leading on to an open pool terrace. There is also a double bedroom at this level with en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower/bathroom and 1 twin bedroom with own shower/bathroom, both have fitted wardrobes. They also have large balconies with panoramic views. Downstairs there is a large twin bedroom with own shower/bathroom which also includes two single bed/chairs. This room has a games area with table tennis and darts. Also at this level is a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine and a second large fridge. Private garage. Grey marble tiling throughout.

Outside there is gated access to the private swimming pool (with under water lighting) surrounded by terracotta terracing. The open terrace leads to patio doors from lounge/dining room and benefits from all day sun. A pergola with sun blind over the raised terrace provides all day shade. There is a full range of quality patio furniture including 6 sun beds/cushions and a large stone BBQ. The panoramic views from the pool terrace and balconies are wonderful.

Access to Playazo Beach is easy. It retains much of its original character, bordered by farming land, a few boat yards and also a few bar/restaurants called "Chiringitos".

The picturesque old town of Nerja is only 2 km away and only 5 minutes by bus or car.
Why not walk into Nerja at a leisurely pace along the flat beach road or along the main N340 pavement which only takes about 25 minutes taking in the wonderful scenery! A taxi ride into town is only 7 euros.

If you would like to treat yourself to a turkish bath, steam room, sauna, gym, table tennis and large pool, you will find all of these luxuries in the nearest hotel only 4 minutes walk away. Tuesday is half price.

The famous Nerja Caves are close by, one of Spain's finest tourist attractions. Just over 50 minutes drive is the historic city of Granada with its beautiful and famous Alhambra Palace. The historic cities of Seville , Cordoba & Malaga are also within easy reach.

Frigiliana is an old white washed mountain village some 5k away where you can enjoy the wonderful scenery or walk and have lunch in one of the many typical bars and cafes.

Nerja has activities for all times of the year. There are many beautiful beaches dotted around Nerja's coastline providing fun activities including most water sports. More information on our own web site.

The wonderful climate on the Costa Del Sol is one of the best in Europe providing sunny days throughout the year.

Plenty of parking to the side of villa.
Access to villa is easy, no steep hills to climb and only 4 minutes easy walk to the beach.

Salida del Sol

We had a great time, the only thing worth mentioning is that it states that it can sleep 10 people.... But we were 9 people 4 couples and 1 single person. So one couples had to share with the single person which wasn't ideal. It is confusing if one doesn't know that 4 people need to share the one space, which I understand is better for a family set-up. Otherwise it was marvelous! Will defnitely use the booking
