Salida Del Sol is a quality modern villa which sleeps 8/9 people, fully fitted with hot/cold air-conditioning in every bedroom and living room.
It is situated in the quiet Punta Lara District of Nerja only 150 metres to Playazo beach (5 minutes walk from villa). The beautiful old town of Nerja is only 2 km away and only 5 minutes by bus or car.
Enjoy a casual stroll into the centre of Nerja along a flat beach road which is lit at night and only takes about 25minutes. The Playazo beach still retains much of its original character, stretching from Punta Lara to Nerja, bordered by farming land, a few boat yards and tapas bars.
Easy access to the villa is via a security gate at ground floor level leading into a fully fitted kitchen, a large lounge with dining area and fireplace. This has a large patio door leading on to an open sunny spacious pool terrace. There is also a double bedroom at this level with en-suite bathroom, ideal for anyone finding stairs difficult. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and each bedroom has a balcony with panoramic views towards Nerja. The basement level has a private garage, games room with table tennis, two single beds, one single bed/chair, bathroom and a laundry room. There is also parking outside.
The spacious terrace has a large private swimming pool and a stone BBQ. There is also a full range of quality patio furniture including 6 sun beds. The panoramic views from the terrace are superb.
The climate on the Costa Del Sol is one of the best in Europe. The famous Nerja Caves are close by, one of Spains finest tourist attractions. Just over 1 hours drive is the historic city of Granada with its beautiful and famous Alhambra Palace. Tickets can be obtained on the internet or in some of Nerjas banks.
Frigiliana, an old white washed mountain village is only 5k away where you can enjoy the magnificent scenery or walk and have lunch in one of the many typical bars and cafes.
Nerja has activities for all times of the year. There are 7 beaches dotted around Nerjas coastline ranging from small coves to larger ones. They have many fun activities including most water sports. A new sports centre with indoor swimming pool is open to the public.

The villa is maintained to an exceptional high standard and our local agent is on call 7 days a week in case of any problems.
There is a table tennis table, darts board (provide own darts for safety) and sky TV.
Tennis is only 4 minutes walk to 4* Hotel Marinas De Nerja, where you can hire a good quality tennis court at a fair cost.
Plenty of parking to the side of villa.
