Description: |
This delightful semi-detached villa is located in the quiet residential area of Riells close to the peaceful, unhurried resort of LEscala with its lovely beaches and selection of continental restaurants and bars. The accommodation, which is all on one level, comprises of one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The living dining room, with feature fire place, gives access to all rooms including a newly fitted separate kitchen and newly refurbished bathroom. This traditional rustic villa is comfortably furnished with two sofas (not sofa beds) and benefits from modern appliances including a dish washer, washing machine and a microwave oven. Entertainment is provided by SKY Satellite TV, DVD Player , video player and a XBOX games console. Outside there is a 6m X 3m swimming pool which you enter from a pretty flower area with Roman steps and a large decked terrace to relax and enjoy the peace and sunshine. The barbecue and childrens area adds the finishing touch for some serious outdoor summer living.
THERE IS ALSO PLENTY OF SHADE UNDER THE LOVELY PALM TREE.
The villa offers good privacy and is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday.
THE VILLA IS SUPPLIED WITH FULL BED LINEN, TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS.
