THIS LUXURY VILLA is situated in Riviera del Sol, near Marbella, in a tranquil area near the toll road roundabout of Sitio de Calahonda.
It has a PRIVATE garden, and a very spaciuos communal garden with 3 Communal swimming pool.
3 bedrooms (two - with double beds, and one - with twin-beds).
The VILLA is set for 6 people, but extra 2 beds could be provided for extra 40 euros per extra bed per week (discount for the second week).
THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS an EN-SUITE BATHROOM with showerroom, separate bathtub, 2 sinks.
THE VILLA IS NEW, VERY NICELY FURNISHED & DECORATED.
There is Sky TV, DVD, Audio system & Radio, a portable barbecue, a south facing solarium terrace with sea views, a terrace off the lounge + dining area, terrace with sea views and overlooking the garden - direct access to the garden & communal garden with 3 swimming pools, fully fitted kitchen - electric kettle, microwave, electric oven, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, toaster, washing machine.
Its recommended that you have A CAR to stay here. There is a secure private drive in with a metal door.
This villa is situated in about twenty+ minutes walk from El Zoco shopping centre and the beach. There are a few local bars and restaurants at about 5 min walk.
The nearest golf course is Miraflores GOLF, about 1 km from the villa.
The nearest beach is Maxi Beach Riviera del Sol, about 3 km away from the villa. In 5 minutes drive, there are many more golf courses (La Siesta Golf, CaboPino, Artola, La Cala, Mijas, Greenlife & Santa Maria (Elviria), La Noria Golf & Resort (La Cala) etc. In a walking distance in the vicinity of the villa there are also tennis courts (Club del Sol), a gym, near the beach there is a spa centre (Doņa Lola).
At a short drive there are two mini-golf courses, the aquaparks Mijas & Torremolinos, Funny beach - Marbella with variety of watersports offered, the small and pretty port of Cabo pino, horse riding, bowling, fresh water fishing, mountaineering, free climbing, trekking, archery, clay pigeon and skeet shooting, cycling, moto-cross, quads and go carting, and so on, in addition to a wide array of indoor sports.
