The apartment is situated in a beautiful tranquil community Riviera Playa (Riviera Beach, Riviera del Sol, Mijas Costa), 1-2 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars, 2 big supermarkets (one of them open 365 days/year from 8 a.m. till 2 a.m.) aztec club, gym, play ground for the children, less than 5 min walk to the beach - MAXI Beach.
It has beautiful sea, garden and swimming pool views. 2 bedrooms (one - with a double bed, and the other with twin-beds), There are beautiful sea views from the lounge, the master bedroom, the kitchen and the south-facing sunny terrace. There are security gates for the parking, garden and the swimming pool areas. Toilets and changing rooms next to the THREE swimming pools.
The apartment is nicely furnished & decorated in rustic style.
There is Sky TV, TDT, DVD, Audio system & Radio, a fire place, a barbecue on the terrace, fully fitted kitchen - electric kettle, microwave, electric oven, fridge-freezer, gas hob, toaster, washing machine.
There is an ample SECURE communal parking just near the entrance door but you DONT NEED A CAR to stay here.
There is a large mature communal garden with 3 swimming pools fully equipped to meet the latest European standards.

This apartment is situated in a minute walk from the nearest amenities.
The nearest golf course is MIRAFLORES GOLF, about 500 m from the apartment. In 5 minutes drive, there are many more golf courses (La Siesta, CaboPino, Artola, La Cala, Mijas, Greenlife & Santa Maria (Elviria), La Noria Golf & Resort (La Cala) etc. In a walking distance in the vicinity of the apartment there are also tennis courts, gyms, a spa centre (Doña Lola).
The Beach is about 300-350 meters walk from the apartment.
At a short drive there are two mini-golf courses, the aquaparks Mijas & Torremolinos, Funny beach - Marbella with variety of watersports offered, the small and pretty port of Cabo pino, horse riding, bowling, fresh water fishing, mountaineering, free climbing, trekking, archery, clay pigeon and skeet shooting, cycling, moto-cross, quads and go carting, and so on, in addition to a wide array of indoor sports.

Our apartment is situated just 1 to 5 minutes walk from ALL LOCAL AMENITIES - the bars, restaurants, shops, 2 big supermarkets, busstops, Aztec club with tennis courts, gym, play ground for the children, a small park area, and the BEACH - Maxi beach. It has beautiful sea views, and garden/swimming pool is a low-built well-kept community with large garden and 3 big swimming pools, with tranquil location in the heart of Riviera del Sol. We care for our guests.

There is a small weekly suplement for using the air-conditioning unit. The apartment is very near to the sea, it is well ventilated and fresh even in the hot summer days.
The apartment is clean for your arrival. The final cleaning is included in the price. You have to leave the apartment tidy and and in the good condition as you find it.

We Booked this property due to its location. It is our 5th time back to the general Mijas area and Riviera Del Sol has become one of our favourite haunts. It is relatively peacefull with Nice restaurants, pups and bus service. Our landlady could not have been more accomodating. And if available we will be quite happy to visit again in 2012. Ken Cotter

The apartment could have been cleaner, only 1 red wine glass, only 2 cooking pans, bedding and towels were clean but old. On the upside good location, friendly people, and we had a good time.
