This property is perfectly situated in a group of about a dozen villas 5 mins from Calpe (3km) on a well-maintained, asphalt road. It has been owned by our family for over 30 years, and we have been renting it out during the Summer months since 1999.
Set in a large garden (2500 sq m) with breath-taking sea views, the accommodation is in two self-contained apartments, with separate entrances, which we always rent out together as a single unit. The upper apartment has 1 double bedroom, and two rooms with twin beds, two bathrooms and, of course, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with sat tv and covered terrace. The lower apartment has one double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a living room/bedroom with a single bed.

The beautifully laid out garden with olives, fruit trees and shady palms has a well-screened private pool,
and a large, furnished barbeque area. There is a lockable garage, and the grounds are walled and gated, enclosing a large forecourt with room for four or five cars.
