Holiday apartment for rent in Calpe

Apolo 16 is in an ideal location boasting fantastic views on one side the sea, the Penon de Ifach & Moraira in the distance and on the other side the pool. The apartment is 2 minutes from the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of the port & marina,where you can take a short boat trip to Altea or Benidorm in the south or north to Javea and Denia.
The local bus which stops outside the apartment will take you a short ride into the town, where youll find plenty of excellent shops, bars and restaurants, or if youre feeling energetic the town centre is a steady 25 minutes walk away along the promenade. There is a weekly market in town every Saturday.
The apartment is modern spacious and airy and comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one en-suite, fully fitted kitchen & utility room. A lounge/dining room with Digital Tv & DVD player, we have a library of books,dvds and games available for use during your stay. The lounge also leads onto a south facing terrace ideal for al fresco dining.The apartment building is serviced by 3 lifts. A car is not essential and airport transfers can be arranged.

Notes
Minimum Rental Period is 7 days. Changeover day is Saturday.Midweek bookings maybe accepted during the low seaon. Apartment will be available from 3pm until 10am on day of departure. A 25% deposit will be required to secure the booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. In addition a security deposit of £125 is required, this will be refunded by post upon final inspection of the apartment. A supplement of £30 per week is payable for the 5th person. Longer winter lets are available on request.
