Situated adjacent to LA FINCA, ALGORFA, La Finca is a golfers paradise with not only the superb La Finca Course literally on your doorstep but also numerous other high quality courses nearby. For those not of a golfing inclination La Finca is a perfect base for a beach holiday with the fantastic blue flag beaches of the Costa Blanca all within easy reach. To discover the Real Spain try exploring the nearby towns such as Alicante, Murcia, Elche, Orihuela and Pilar De Horadada, each offering their own character and history. Then, after a hard day, why not come back and relax by the pool or try out the various bars on the commercial centre and also the superb restaurant and bar facilities at the La Finca Club House. Algorfa is a typical Spanish town, with numerous small shops spread throughout the streets. There are also a range of bars and restaurants within strolling distance (Tapas, Spanish, English Bar, Hamburger, Etc.) A market is held on Wednesday in the central Market Square and a larger one on the outskirts of the town on Sunday.
Within a 15 minute drive towards Torrevieja there is a huge range of supermarkets, a hypermarket (Carrefour), restaurants (Chinese, Thai, Indian, Etc.) By going into Torrevieja itself there is the port and seaside, bustling nightlife and many more shops. The area is set in the Orihuela Nature Reserve and is surrounded by Orange and Lemon groves. The large Salt Lakes of Torrevieja attract flamingos and wild birds.
