Casa Ladera accommodates a maximim of 12 people plus cots, in 6 bedrooms, one master king ensuite, two double and three twin. A guest bathroom and a seperate shower room. The modern kitchen has been newly fitted with dishwasher, fridge. freezer, gas hob, electric fan oven and built in microwave. Large`L shaped lounge/dininig room with open fire for the winter months. A South facing naya (open veranda) looks over the front garden with views over the valley.
Steeped in history, Javea - (Xabia) is overlooked from the north by the Montgo mountain, famous for the cave they call the `Eye it is said locally: "If you gaze into the eye you will be besotted by the area and will return year after year".
The region is known as the `oasis of Spain, with an abundance of olives, almond trees, citrus fruits, vines and pine forests making the area green all year, despite the average 300 days of sunshine.
Javea is a popular holiday resort for families, the Old Town has maintained its whitewashed buildings and narrow streets; combined with the nightly fish markets in the port, Javea reflects an unspoilt part of Spain. The long and safe Arenal sandy beach has a promenade fringed with bars and restaurants. At night, craft stalls are set up and there are childrens amusements, fun fair, trampolines etc. Later in the evening some of the bars become discos. There are two superb 18-hole golf courses within 1.5Km from the villa, the area is magnificent for walking and there is a wide variety of water and other sports available.

Casa Ladera is situated on a 2500sq.m. plot, boasts its own private tennis court, 8x4m swimming pool with large sunbathing terrace. A well appointed Bar-b-que with a tiled seating area. Gardens run to the front and rear of the villa and space for 4 cars on the drive plus car port.
In the lounge/dining room a TV, satellite, video player with a selection of videos. CD player, cassette and radio. The Master en-suite has aircon annd the further bedrooms have ceiling or mobile fans and for the winter months electric mobile heaters are provided. All the rooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard.
