An attractive 2 bedroom villa, inland from the Costa del Sol peacefully tucked away amid an avocado grove and situated 5 mins from Coin and 25 mins from Marbella, Puerto Banus and the sea. The villa is in excellent order throughout with full aircon/ heating. Wireless internet. Comprises of 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, shower room and WC. The kitchen is fully fitted with hob, oven and microwave. The sitting room is comfortably furnished. There is a dining table and chairs at one end. The beautiful new 5x8m private swimming pool has an outdoor shower and there is a raised shady eating area. The pool terrace is gated off for child safety. The garden is well maintained and the surrounding trees include orange, lemon, mandarin, fig, mango, almond, pomegranate and grape vines. Magnificent views, especially from the fine roof terrace. A wide range of leisure facilities is available within a 30 minute drive including bird watching, cycling, fishing, go-karting, golf, gymnasium, horse riding, night life, skiing in the Sierra Nevada, walking, water sports etc. Villa Maria is an ideal location for a small family or small group of friends wishing to take a relaxing holiday in peaceful surroundings with the benefit of a private pool (PLEASE BIRNG YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS) and a large sun terrace, in addition to a wonderful roof terrace with magnificent views across the surrounding countryside. There is a gated driveway ideal for child safety and ample parking. Coin is just 5 minutes drive and has a good range of shops and restaurants etc.

Notes
Booking terms are: 20% on booking, final balance due 8 weeks prior to departure together with a £75 per week refundable security deposit. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGEOVER DAY IS: SATURDAY. This can be flexible in low and mid season. For further information or to obtain a booking form please email owners. Maid service can be arranged if required. Cots and high chairs available for additional charge (£12 per item per week). Aircon included. Bedlinen and towels included but please bring your own beach towels. For guests staying 2 weeks there is a midstay change of bedlinen and towels and for each subsequentweek. House available from 4pm on day of arrival. Guests are requested to vacate the house by 10am on day of departure to facilitate cleaning. No Pets.
