This Spanish villa is situated on a golfresort. Also suitable for non golfers! Near the beautifull city of Murcia and Mar Menor and the Mediterranean sea on a 20 min drive. Near the airport of Murcia (20 min) and Alicante (50 min). The villa has a privat swimmingpool with four sunbeds and a big terras. The kitchen is fully aquiped, but local restaurants are nearby. On het resort is a restaurant and a bar. You can play golf, play tennis and go out by bike and there are walkfacilities. Murcia is according to the World Health Organisationganisatie the healthiast area in Europe. The villa does not have only an airco but also a heather. Thats why the villa is also suitable to live in in the winterperiod. The prices mentioned are in euros.
This tastefully furnished villa has 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, TV, and patio doors opening on to the balcony overlooking the pool, and 1 twin bedded room, both with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and sink plus downstairs wc. Modern fitted Kitchen with electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and full compliment of crockery, crystal glasses and utensils. Dining room with 4 seater dining table, lounge directly overlooking the pool, suite, TV, Satellite, sun loungers, patio table and 4 chairs.
The resort has a safe childrens play area by the club house.
The Villa is fully air conditioned (and heated for winter months) with private car parking.
Mosa Trajectum is a private resort with 24 hour gated security, allowing only residents and guests access, and is bordered by a nature reserve and the Murcia mountains. (Mosa is in a no-fly zone, so peace is guaranteed!) The resort is beautifully maintained with hard landscaped areas, palm tree lined roads, gardened areas and ponds. Mosa is a peaceful, relaxed resort yet is only a short drive away from the nightlife if required.
Currently on site, and just a short stroll away is the "Parador", a 400 year old farm house converted into a hotel complex and an a la carte restaurant and outdoor day and night, snack bar. Newly opened in April 2008 is Billy's Bar, a sports bar with large screen TVs showing all the major sporting events.
The resort is situated just 15 mins drive from the beautiful cosmopolitan city of Murcia with its many restaurants, tapas bars, designer clothes shops, baroque cathedral and only 25 mins drive to the coast and the beaches of La Manga, Mar Menor, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Torrevieja and 45 mins from Alicante. Just outside of Murcia city centre is the brand new shopping and leisure complex to complement the newly built football stadium.
There is plenty to keep the kids occupied in the surrounding areas including water parks, theme parks, safari parks, hot air balloon rides, jeep safaris and much more.
If golf is more your style, Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort boast a stunning 27 hole Championship golf course plus a 9 hole challenger course built to the exacting standards set by the PGA and USGA . Club hire and electric buggies also available.
After a round of golf (or instead of!) you can relax with a drink or a meal at the bar or make a purchase from the golf shop.
The price is exclusive of cleaning, towels and bed linen.
Villa keys are held on site by a Dutch management company Villa Solera, who will meet and greet you and help to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
