Holiday apartment for rent in Guardamar del Segura

Guardamar is a typical Spanish seaside town with a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants and a street market every Wednesday. The golden sandy beaches hold the Blue Flag award for cleanliness. There is the choice between the town beach with its promenade or towards the marina the beach is backed by sand dunes and pine trees. This is a conservation area and is excellent for walks and picnics.
The town holds many spectacular Fiestas throughout the year and in July and August there is a nightly street market and funfair. Also there are free concerts in the park in August.

There are several Golf courses a short drive away and Guardamar is an excellent location for all watersports. There is also an Aquapark in Torrevieja.

Guardamar is ideally placed for exploring further afield. Buses are easy and cheap and run to Alicante to the north and Torrevieja (and further) to the south.

The apartment is situated on the northern edge of the town adjacent to the Segura river on the road leading to the marina. It is close to an excellent supermarket and only about 7 minutes walk to the centre of Guardamar.
The river is home to many different species of birds and the Town Hall has recently financed major improvements to the area, creating very pleasant walkways along the banks.

You will find infomation on the area and a bus timetable in the apartment, and information on all current local events can be obtained from the Tourist Information Office situated in the Town Hall square.

There are also books in the apartment for your holiday reading and some childrens beach toys.

The prices shown are for 2 people sharing. For more than 2 there is an extra charge of £20 per person per week.

The sofa bed is only suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.

End of stay cleaning and laundry is included in the price.

We require payment of 50% to secure your booking - the balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your holiday together with £100 refundable bond. The bond will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure subject to everything being satisfactory.

We will accept payment in Euros.

We will take bookings for any number of days - minimum 3.

Cot hire is available if required at a cost of €20 per week.


We can offer another one-bedroomed apartment for rent on the same floor as ours, or a two-bedroomed ground floor apartment if you need more space or if ours is already booked for the dates you want. Ask for more details.
