This 2 bedroom frontline apartment is located on Los Locos Beach, Torrevieja in Costa Blanca. Situated close to bars, cafes and restaurant.

Description: |
The apartment features a living room with SKY TV, a kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. There is also a bed settee so it can sleep 6 in total. The apartment enjoys views of the resident only pool area which has a large sunbathing area and water fountain.
The apartment is situated on the beach of Playa De Los Locos, in the town of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. Surrounded by miles of clean white beaches Torrevieja offers much in the way of sports activities for the enthusiasts among us. The beach is directly in front of the apartment building and has been awarded the European Blue Flag of Cleanliness. There is also a childrens play area on the beach in front of the apartment block.
The pedestrianised promenade/beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura are just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There are a large variety of restaurants to cater for every culinary taste. The busy town centre of Torrevieja is located 20 mins walk from the apartment. Here you will find many shops and boutiques, aswell as the marina and harbour, street markets and a newly built boardwalk.
There are many family attractions in Torrevieja and the surrounding area. There is a sports complex 5 minutes walk away with a heated indoor pool, gym, sauna and Jacuzzi. The newly opened theme park of Terra Mitica is only an hours drive away and there are numerous coach trips running there daily. There are many activities including water sports, horse riding, go-karting and scuba diving to name but a few. For the golf lovers amongst you there are three 18-hole championship courses within easy driving distance. On Fridays, Torrevieja hosts market day with approx. 1200 stalls set up near the town centre, selling clothes, shoes, jewellery, leather goods, food, etc.
There is a bus stop to the right of the front of the building and the local bus service runs into town every 15 minutes.
This complex is wheelchair friendly as it has ramps and lifts.
