This lovely front line golf Townhouse is on 3 floors, 1st floor has a large 30ft lounge room, with AIR CON, comfortable seating, TV with SKY, DVD, CD unit. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a large breakfast/dinner terrace overlooking the golf course, pool etc. Fully utenciled kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine etc, Small utility patio just off kichen. Also on this floor is a downstairs toilet with handbasin.
On floors 2 & 3 we have 3 spacious, well appointed bedrooms with AIR CON, 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom with ensuite bath & shower, double bed,fitted wardrobes, bedroom features south facing terrace overlooking pool, gardens & golf course, for those quiet relaxing moments with a glass of wine.

The setting and views over the sumptuous gardens, swimming pool and golf course could not be better suited to the needs of family or golfing holidays. Within walking distance are the club house, shops, lovely golden beach. 100yds from house is local childrens park with cafe bar. Water park & Go-Kart track 10min drive. Wonderful wildlife and history of the surrounding area, there are always activities to satisfy all members of the family.
