Description: |
Casa de las Alondras is a beautifully appointed villa standing in large walled and gated grounds just 2km from the Spanish market town of Albox.
The property has an upper pool terrace with wonderful mountain views and a big garden with mature olives and almonds in the orchard below.
Albox has an excellent supermarket, shops, banks, cafes, restaurants and a great market every Tuesday morning.
Casa de las Alondras means House of the Skylarks because the larks are everywhere amongst the olive and almond groves that stretch up into the mountains.
Swallows skim the pool on summer evenings, hoopoes fly between the olives, exotic bee-eaters fly in from Africa and you
can see the occasional eagle soaring high above.
Casa de las Alondras truly has an atmosphere all its own and we are pleased to say that every single one of our visitors so far has had nothing but high praise for this lovely place.

Notes

There are beautiful views from the pool terrace and the property is not overlooked. However, its not cut off either, with houses dotted around and the main town of Albox just 2km away. Some of the interesting visits include the Santuario de Saliente and Mini Hollywood, where all the spaghetti westerns were made. |

25% deposit is required immediately to secure booking. Balance is required 6 weeks before departure. A £200 Security Bond is also required and this will be repaid in full within two weeks of your return from holiday, providing there is no loss or damage to the property.
