This ground floor apartment has one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two twin rooms both with ensuites. The kitchen is modern with granite worktops and is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a microwave. There is a security entry phone in the Kitchen too. In addition to the main rooms there is a laundry room with a washing machine and an additional WC in the hall. The open plan sitting room and dinning area lead through French windows to a lovely large terrace, which is an excellent place to eat and relax looking onto a pretty water feature. The apartment has a marble floor through out and there is ample storage space. The gated complex is well landscaped with an attractive pool area that includes a children’s pool and there are a few sun-loungers provided too.
There is a club house very near to the apartment with a gym, tennis courts, bike hire, fitness classes, a restaurant and a bar in which you can use the free wi-fi.
San Pedro has a long beach and a large promenade lined with palm trees. It is a very short walk from the apartment to the beach, which is a great place for those who enjoy water sports as well as for those who want to relax eating and drinking looking out to sea.
The promenade is the start of a very pleasant walk to the popular and glitzy town of Puerto Banus. In fact if you want a long walk or perhaps enjoy cycling you can carry on past Puerto Banus all the way to Marbella, which is a well know town that boasts glamour and tradition. This is a long walk but it is mostly beside the sea and takes you past some enticing bars and restaurants that can act as a relieving pit-stop along the way. And if by the time you get to Marbella you don't fancy the return leg then there are buses and taxis easily found to take you home!
San Pedro itself is walking distance from the apartment or a very brief drive; it is also a fine town which benefits from a more authentic feel. It is currently being improved but as yet it is not as glamorous or touristic as its neighboring Puerto Banus. It is a pleasant place to wonder around as it has numerous shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy and an unmistakable lively Spanish buzz.
There are many other wonderful and historical places that are easy to visit from here by car or bus, such as Ronda or Mijas, as well as many golf courses nearby too.

The resort and the apartment suites all ages and groups and many people rebook again and again!
You will be welcomed by our Spanish representative, given the keys and shown around the apartment to ensure you are comfortable and happy with everything.
Bath towels and bedding are provided and Welcome Pack on arrival. We arrange a complementary mid-holiday laundry change for holidays of a minimum of 14 days. Additional cleaning, ironing and laundry services can all be arranged and the price for these can be quoted before your holiday.
We do offer those that return to our apartment loyalty discounts and we will consider offering discounts on holidays over three weeks or more.

Notes
50% deposit is required to secure the booking. A booking form is provided to be completed by you and returned to us with the initial payment. (The booking can be cancelled and the deposit returned if cancellation notice is given within 7 days of receipt of the deposit; the receipt of the deposit will be confirmed by email). Next, a letter confirming receipt of your deposit and of your holiday details, including some terms of rental is sent to you to be signed and returned to us. The final payment and £300 is required 14 days before your holiday. This enables time enough for cheques or bank transfers to clear and for us to send you directions and key information. The key money deposit is returned to you within 14 days of your return, once we have got the OK from our Spanish representative.
