CASA LA PINTORA (the Painter’s House).This is a NEW charming estate made up of two integrated design houses in a Majorcan garden with swimming pool. The houses are located in the outskirts of a small village, Es Llombards, at 4 MIN by car of BEST VIRGIN BEACHES OF MAJORCA. CASA LA PINTORA enjoys the TRANQUILLITY OF THE COUNTRYSIDE (has views to the neighboring fields), THE ADVANTAGES TO BE IN A SMALL VILLAGE (the best bread of Majorca, “ensaimadas”, pastries, etc., baker at half minute walking from home) and THE CLOSENESS OF THE SEA(at 4 min by car of white sand and turquoise water beaches). The houses are divided in 4 apartments (the owner's one and 3 for renting) completely independents. Each apartment has its private terrace and enjoys free access to the estate’s PRIVATE GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL. Apartments are to be rented separately or together. The key of the project has been the idea of the EXQUISITE in a language that matches the knowledge and materials of TRADITIONAL BUILDING AND AVANTGARDE ARCHITECTURE. The ceilings are high and the space is diaphanous. Air conditioned. BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN AREA of BEST NEW DESIGN. Between the patio and the garden there are different areas for resting, PORCH, SOLARIUM, etc. EXTRA MODERN PRIVATE POOL, very long (17 m) and narrow (175 cm), like an old water channel, is ideal for swimming. The vegetation is entirely Mediterranean (fig tree, cypress, almonds tree, cactus...). Internet wifi for the 2008. Internet center in Santanyí (at 3 min). The GASTRONOMY IS EXTRAORDINARY, as much in restaurants as in the wonderful market of Santanyí (3 min by car or by bike). CASA LA PINTORA is an IDEAL PLACE TO COME ALSO IN WINTER. Cultural visits, concerts, nautical sports, golf, horse riding, trekking, bike, etc. Nice walks in virgin beaches (with the possibility to take the first bath of the year in February because of the nice microclimate of Es Llombards). You can enjoy an interesting mixture of cultural tourism (important prehistoric, Roman and Arab sites, gothic architecture, outdoor concerts in small churches, art galleries, Miró Foundation and gothic cathedral - in Palma -, possibility of visiting the owner’s painting workshop, etc.) all kind of sports, beaches, sun-bathing and excellent gastronomy. HAPPY CLIENTS:
We were three families who rented the three apartment one week in june 2009 at the recomandation of one of the families.It was an excelent choice. Casa la Pintora was a perfect base for us. Hidden away from the turist area in the little old village of Es Llombards. Casa la Pintora is like a very small cloister situated around a courtyard with a swimmingpool.The architecture have the resemblance of the famous mexican architec Luis Baragan. The interieur is also very delicate and well organised. It is an easy and very nice place to stay. We used the pool a lot, in the morning and when we came home from a day full of experinces. In the evening we had dinner in the courtyard, -very cosy.
We can by all means recomand Casa la Pintora if you want a remote an quiet base for your stay in Mallorca. Of cause you need af car to get around. Claus Skogstad, on behalf of the three families from Denmark.


A peaceful place in one of the most beautiful parts of Mallorca with a minimal design, elegance and great comfort. The attentions of the owner are exquisite. For me, possibly, the best house of Majorca.

At the end of our holidays, and from our home at Barcelona, I want to confirm you all what I said you at Es Llombards the last day. We have very much enjoyed your friendly and generous welcome, your nice and well-designed house, and the rich variety of possibilities in the area, with so many wonderful coves and beaches, nice villages and this flat landscape of almond, olive and carob trees, with the golden and reddish walls. We are waiting to come back. In Meanwhile, from time to time we will view again our photos and the coast of Santanyí at the Google Earth, in order to maintain our memory well alive! We hope to see you again next year!

The apartartament is very comfortable, with two rooms, all the comforts to spend some very distended vacations without longing for anything of what is had in house. Everything is in the apartment.
Perfect air conditioning, very well furnished and set with very good taste, we have enjoyed the swimming pool especially after a long day of beach for desestressing .... jaja...
Towels of refill, very practical. Nice terrace to take the breakfast / appetizer.
The impeccable condition of cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment. Very calm village. During our stay we could share a few agreeable chats with a couple of guests.

Casa la Pintora was a great choice for our holiday.
Not only for the very nice ambiance, Conxita is a lovely woman and the two girls of
my girlfriend were very fond of her, so were we.
The four of us stayed in the small appartment with 2 bedrooms and a big roofterrace.
It's all so well done and had all the comford we wished for. Of course we enjoyed the
swimmingpool.
If we arrived after a day to the beach or so, it really felt like coming "home".
The place is very well taking care for and done with love and a great feeling for aesthetic.
I can really recommend it and hope to come back there.

Tot i èsser el mes dagost quan hem estat, en cap moment ens hem
sentit turistes. Personalment he tingut la sensació de que poc a poc
ens convertiem en uns membres més de la petita vila.

This holiday home is really a relaxed, quiet and calm location and is not all that suitable for small children.
