THE VILLA
Can Alegria is a wonderful stylish, spacious and very well appointed detached villa located in an exclusive urbanisation, midway Puerto de Pollenca with its sandy beaches, and the delightful old town of Pollenca itself, both ot which offer a wide variety of cultural events, art-galleries, shops and excellent tapas-bars and restaurants.


Surrounded by an attractive Mediterranean garden with 40 years old palmtrees, pond and a lovely new floodlit 8x4 m swimming-pool, this tastefully furnished villa, which consists of a main-house (160 sqm, sleeps 4) and adjoining tower (40 sqm, sleeps 2-3) is ideally suited to a big family seeking their own space and a little independence.
The villa is also ideally suited for small groups of cyclists, golfers, bird-watchers, kite-surfers.

The villa is open all year, we also offer winter-rentals and long-term winter-rentals at very attractive prices, please enquire.

Max. occupation of the villa is 7 persons (children elder than 2 years incl.).
A car is recommended.

Rental during May - October is weekly from Saturday 3.00 pm to Saturday 10.00 am.
Different arrangements during November - April (5 days, 8 days, 9 days, 11 days etc.) can be made, please enquire.

THE RESORT
This resort has everything - with over 300 days of sunshine, wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. No wonder it remains a favourite with families and couples who return time and time again. Very popular for walking, bird-watching, cycling, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing golf and all kind of watersports.
Pollenca and the Port have wonderful Markets every Sunday and Wednesday and also many fantastic festivals (incl. international music festival in July/August) troughout the year.
