The apartment is in a small complex with pool and gardens, with direct access to the beach (30 meters). IT'S a first floor apartment. On the main floor are 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, bathroom with shower, kitchen with terrace and sea views. Going up a spiral staircase, a small attic room that opens to a beautiful large terrace overlooking the sea. The orientation is south, so there is sun all day. The area includes a small supermarket, bar / restaurant, laundry service, and pharmacy. There is also a sports center for tennis (small fee required). The Golf Course ( 18 holes) is just 500 meters away and the Oliva Nova Golf Hotel & Golf Hotel include a Spa open to public. At 20 km. is Dénia (south) and GANDIA (north), 15 km This is a residential area with a family type environment for people who want to relax on the beach, away from crowds.
