La Veleta (weather vane) are three independent holiday villas in Roche Viejo. Each has a private, completely fenced garden with a 8x4m swimming pool. The rural landscape between Fuente del Gallo and Roche Viejo is formed by fields, meadows and pine woods. The sandy beach of Fuente del Gallo is just 1.5km away and a 5 minutes ride takes you to the romantic, sandy coves of Roche. Conil, a lively fishing town on the seashore is only 5 minutes away. There you find all kind of shops, restaurants, banks, doctors, etc.

The 3 villas are called La Nieve (snow), La Lluvia (rain) und El Viento (wind). They are spacious, comfortable and equipped to a high standard. Large living room / diner with two sofas, open fire, TV with satellite (English news channels). A French door opens from the living room to the ample, covered terrace. Large, fully fitted kitchen with oven, electric cooker with extraction, dishwasher and microwave. Two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom with double bed has an en-suite bathroom.

The garden is fair sized and covered with dense lawn. The pool has a ladder entrance and a shallow end (aprox. 90 cm).

In front of the villa is a parking area with space for two cars.

Notes
Price includes all side cost, final cleaning, linen and towels and an insurance for cancellation fees. Maid service on request. Cot, high chair and prem on request.
There is a 10% discount in low and mid season, when the villa is occupied by not more than 3 persons.

Payment: 20% at confirmation of booking, 80% 1 month before arrival. By transfer or credit card.

At departure, please leave the property in a clean and tidy state. Security deposit (breakages, excess cleaning...) 100€, to be left by credit card.
