Description: |
Brena Chica is an idyllic, family friendly estate with 10 independend villas and cottages, set in a quiet location with views to the pine covered hills of the natural park "La Breña". The large estate is very well kept with lovely gardens, shaded by pines and palm trees. In late spring, acacias are blossoming in rich yellow, followed by the pink and white flowers of the oleander during the rest of the season. The driveway is asphalted and you can park your car under the shadow of the acacias. The guests of La Brena Chica chare a large pool area with a 12x6m swimming pool, completely fenced with lawn, sun beds, sun shades. A grocery, several bars and restaurants and the beach are at a few minutes walk, same as the sand beach of Cape Trafalgar, very popular among kite-surfers.
Furnishing and equipment are light and pleasant, all accommodations have shaded terraces and private gardens with lawn, oleander bushes, acacias, pines and palm trees.

Notes

Casa Grande (C9) is a 3-bedroom villa (sleep 6) with an annex (sleep 4) and can be rented for parties up to 10. The main house has a front terrace converted into dining room that has been built in with large glass windows, attractive tiled wall mounted seating wich leads into the living room with an open fire place. Kitchen is separate and will be completely refurbished and equipped with oven and dishwasher before the start of the season 2008. One bedroom with double bed, two twin bedrooms and bathroom with shower over bath. In the annex there are 2 more twin bedrooms and a shower room with WC. There is a shaded terrace framed by flower pots and a palm tree for meals al fresco and a large, private and mature garden with lawn and trees. Note: seating in living room is for max. 6 persons only, therefore the maximum occupation during the months October - May is of 6 persons. In August, Casa Grande can only be rented with 5 bedrooms.
Casa Mediana (2 bedrooms) - There are 3 types of houses: a) 3 independend duplex cottages with a semi-open mezzanine bedroom, the other bedroom on ground floor, open plan lounge-diner-kitchen, shower-room with toilett, terrace, small garden, terrace furniture. b) 2 independend cottages similar to a), but all on ground level. c) 2 semi-detached villas on the rear end of the estate with own entrance, parking in the plot and large garden. The two villas are a bit more spacious than the before mentioned, are well separated from each other and completely independend. Some houses have 2 twin bedrooms, others a double and a twin room. Please tell us your preferences in the reservation.
Casa Pequeña (1 bedroom): 2 cottages with livingroom-diner-kitchen, shower room with toilet, 1 bedroom.
