NEW THEME PARK.

Paramount Theme Park and Lifestyle Centre Scheduled to open in March 2014. Looks like this is on hold for now will keep you updated whenever I hear any more.

CORVERA AIRPORT.

A great addition to this area of Spain, which will be great for tourism and bring employment to the Costa Blanca, Costa Calida and Murcia region.
The new airport Corvera opens late 2012 and is only 10 mins from the Theme Park. and approx 45 mins drive from the apartment at La Entrada.

SHOPPING CENTRE.

Also adding to this area is the new Shopping Centre ZENIA BOULEVARD on the Orihuela Costa next to the motorway in Playa Flamenca area, this is due to open November 2012. The new shopping centre is only 5 mins drive from La Entrada.


THE AREA.

La Entrada is situated on the coast where there are numerous bays, beaches and lagoons to explore nearby. These range from the shady palm forest picnic areas to larger beaches with cafes and childrens play facilities. Linking all these is a lovely coastal walk.
In Torrevieja the splendid promenade offers a huge choice of eating out places, bars, night clubs entertainment,shops, markets and beaches with a marina, aquapark and watersports. Further afield visit Alicante city and castle. Elche with its palm forest and historic Orihuela to make the holiday complete.

GOLF.

Golf enthusiats are well catered for with over 5 golf courses within a few minutes drive, varying from comfortable to challenging and all excellently designed.
Opposit the apartment at La Entrada we now have a newly completed putting green.

WATER SPORTS.

Water sports facilities are in abundance all along the coast, ranging from scuba diving of the nearby Isla De Tabarca where boats trips are available daily leaving from Torrevieja, to sailing, windsurfing and water-skiing on the Mar Menor.

MUD BATHS.

Why not try something diffferent and visit the famous mud baths at San Pedro, only a short drive away.

THEATRE.

The newly built theatre is now open in Torrevieja and head sets are supplied for those of us who dont speak Spanish.

CAVES.

Another place worth a visit are the famous Caves of Canelobre, at Busot on the N340 between Alicante and Benidorm.

WATER PARKS.

There are 2 water parks nearby the closest is situated in Torrevieja, the other few miles inland at Quesada they open on 6th June and close around 15th Sept the prices in Quesada are around 9 euro in Torrevieja around 20 euro.

This apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with all your needs catered for. It has french windows leading onto the terrace from both bedrooms and the sittingroom making the apartment both bright and spacious. It has two bathrooms both with showers and baths. It has a separate fully fitted kitchen with adjoining utility room. A travel cot and a fold away bed is also available for you to use. The apartment is alarmed for your security and the complex has its own security guard.
This particular apartment faces west therefore the sun is on the balcony from mid day through to early evening depending on the time of year.
We also provide free internet access should you wish to bring your lap top with you..

Notes
All Prices are in Euros please use the currency converter for prices in £.

Long Lets will be responsible for the cleaning of the apartment for the duration of their stay, though the final clean is included in the price, should the apartment require additional cleaning then you will lose your deposit, Otherwise all prices are inclusive of laundry, cleaning. (air con and heating are available with the use of a metre). A deposit of 25% of total rental price is required at the time of booking to secure. The balance will be due six weeks prior to departure. Airport transfers can be arranged. Late bookings must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to departure. Discounts considered for lets longer than two weeks. Last minute discounts will be considered.

I purchased this apartment back in 2002 when it was still a patch of waste land, and was happy when the build was completed in Feb 2005, as now myself and all my family could have regular holidays here, its like home from home for us, we love the area and the warm climate, and hopefully will retire here one day.

We had a great vacation!

This apartment is lovely. It's clean and spacious and has everything you need. The owner is very prompt in her communications, very nice and helpful. The same goes for her contact persons in Spain. The area is very pleasant, close to the beach and close to restaurants and convenience stores. There was always parkering to be found infront of the building. It was so great to have three swimming pools to choose from, where one was warmed up. The warmed up pool is close to the terrace of the apartment, so some of us would actually be on the terrace and take pictures and talk to the other family members who were in the pool. It also felt so safe to be there. There are guards patrolling the grounds on a regular basis all day and night (!) long. The complex is lovely, quiet and clean and the people so friendly. We were a family of 6 visiting from Denmark: two children, parents and grandparents. We all loved to be there. The kids didn't want to leave and frankly neither did the adults. :) We highly recommend this apartment to you. It was great being there. We had a fantastic time. The apartment was very close to the beach and with the three pools in the grounds of the estate there was enough entertainment for our three year old. The apartment was well equipped and we were pleasantly surprised to find beach toys and all the inflatables we needed :). For the purpose of our holiday, which was to relax and enjoy the sun, the apartament and its location hit the spot.
