“Mas Pau”, a 18th century "Masia" (Catalalan farmhouse)with the authentic details like the typical vault ceilings; the house provides comfortable accommodation for 8 persons. The house is situated just outside the village of Regencos and offers some spectacular views towards the Gavarres hills. A car is absolutely essential.
The original rock-stone massive walls guarantee a comfortable in- house climate in warm summers.
Spending your holiday at this “masia” will be a very special experience!
Despite its rural character,the house is equipped to meet up to all modern living standards: complete kitchen, pantry with 2nd cooler/freezer, washing machine and dryer; the house has adsl connection, should you wish to bring a laptop; satellite TV, Hi-fi set and DVD player are all available.
The first floor includes 4 spacious bedrooms, which all have ceiling fans, 3 complete bathrooms and a study/TVroom annex balcony with spectacular views towards the “Gavarres” hills.
Apart from the large kitchen and pantry the groundfloor includes a livingroom with fireplace, a large hall and a diningroom, a guest toilet and a porch with an outdoor kitchen and built-in BBQ.
A swimming pool (10x5m) with large surrounding terraces and sunbeds.
Another 2 terraces at the south and north side of the house give ample opportunity for both sun and shadow lovers; .... From breakfast until dinner the ideal spot can be chosen!
The pool is situated on a lower part of the property, separated from the house. The garden/patio can be closed by a gate, so young children can play safely without escaping to the pool.
In case you would like to come with a large group we have a perfect solution for you, as
our neighbour can house 14 persons, together we can have 22 to 24 guests!!
Apart from the summer holidays it is possible to rent both houses during the rest of the year, either for family/friends holidays or business-, golf- or cyclingtrips or even weddings.

Surroundings
The direct environment of the house consists of fields and pineforests with ample possibilities for walking and cycling. The village center lies at approx. 800m distance and provides a very good restaurant.
Regencós is situated in the heart of the socalled "golden triangle", the most beautiful part of the Costa Brava, between Pals and Begur at about 4 km from the Begur beaches(coves), Sa Riera, Sa Tuna and Aigua Blava, the Palafrugell Beaches Tamariu, Llafranc and Calella and 7 km from Pals Playa’s wide beach. The town of Palafrugell, at 3 min. drive, provides all necessary shopping facilities, restaurants, supermarkets and a first aid center (CAP).To explore the Catalan cuisine, well known all over Europe, a variety of very good restaurants can be found within 5 min.drive.
AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, if you love to play GOLF, this part of the Costa Brava has “all you need” to offer: 3 beautiful courses within 5-10 min. drive and another 6 within 15 to 40 min. drive.
