Peaceful apartment situated in Villamar II apartment Complex, Son Caliu on the quieter side of Palma Nova.

The quiet sea-front apartment is located next to the peaceful Son Caliu Beach. From the private pool terrace, there are steps straight into the sea and it is only a 2 minute walk to pleasant beach front restaurants and bars offering excellent food and drink with fantastic sea views.

Both the kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with twin beds and a sofa bed in the lounge, which makes into 2 x single beds with comfortable sprung mattresses, therefore the apartment can comfortably sleep 4. It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven and fridge/freezer and the supermarket is only a 4 minute walk making self catering for the whole family very easy. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower attachment and there is also a washing machine. The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout has a spacious lounge with TV and has spectacular views from the very large terrace area.

The Surrounding Area
The apartment is ideally situated in Son Caliu on the quieter side of Palma Nova. It is only a 20 minute taxi ride from Palma airport and just a mile walk from Porta Portals, the most prestigious Marina in the whole of Majorca.
Palma Nova, with its lively night life, restaurants and mile of golden sand, is just a 5 minute walk. The nearest Aqua Park is only a 5 minute drive away from the apartment and offers a fantastic day out for the whole family with it’s variety of water rides.
There are many bars and restaurants just a short walk from the apartment, offering excellent food and great value for money. Meal of the day is served between 12.00 noon and 3.00 pm, each day except Sundays. Approx. £5.00 per head will buy you a three course meal with wine and water.

Palma with its historic Old Town is just a 15minute drive from the apartment. Palma offers fine shops, beautiful art galleries, fantastic tapas and gorgeous restaurants where you can get a taste of real Spain. The main central square of Palma is the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy a coffee in one of the many restaurants on the square, whilst feasting your eyes on the beautiful surrounding architecture. Palma’s historic Cathedral and the beautiful port of Palma are also a must for any visitor to the island. Palma also has a large market and Rastro, selling curiosities every Saturday morning.

Many low cost airlines such as EasyJet fly into Palma airport daily. A large Taxi rank is situated at Palma airport and the apartment is only a 20 minute ride away.
