It has a wonderful pool which is shared with only one neighbour. Relaxing by the pool or on the terraces you can enjoy wonderful views over the Mediterranean sea and just let the world go by. The village of Roses is only 5 minutes drive away and has all the amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, bars, terraces, petrol stations, post office, banks, boutiques etc. Roses is a seaside village located in the northeast of Catalonia. Here you will be able to enjoy a large variety of water sports, as well as immense beaches and hidden coves with crystal clear water, for which Roses has received the Blue Flags. In and around Roses you can experience new sensation such as parachuting or paragliding, there are other sensations which are less risky but equally enjoyable such as spending a whole day at an aquatic park, horse riding, go-karting, boating trips, playing minigolf or golf (there are some very good golf courses in our area) If you enjoy sight seeing there are plenty of places to visit. Here just a few examples: the Nature Reserve of the Aguamolls, the Dali Museum in Figueres, the Romanesque monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, the Cathedral in Castello dEmpuries, Cadaques (a beautifull old coastal village with a wonderful church), Port Lligat, where Dali used to live, can also be visited, Cabo Creus etc.

RYAN-AIR flies to Girona which takes about 45-60 minutes to reach by car. Barcelona International Airport takes about 1.30-2.00 hours
