We spent months looking for a holiday home before we bought this wonderful apartment on the Costa de Valencia. We fell in love with the lush mountains, the rich orange groves and the mile upon mile of stunning coast line with natural sand dunes.

The apartment and its position:
The apartment is situated on the spectacular 5 star Oliva Nova Golf and Beach Resort which offers truly great facilities for all ages. The setting is pretty and peaceful with a large adult and childrens pool with sun loungers for use by our guests.

It is a luxury, high quality finished apartment with two bedrooms one en suite, a lounge diner, fully equipped kitchen, and separate bathroom, it has air conditioning/heating, electric gates with secure parking and phone entry system. Electric shutters and mosquito blinds are on the windows and it is suitable for children and has lift access.

For those who wish to relax within the surroundings there is a large terrace seating area overlooking the pool and gardens, the blue flag beach front of the Mediterranean Sea is just a ten minute walk away. On site amenities include a supermarket, bars and a choice of restaurants.

We do recommend that you hire a car as it is ideally situated between Alicante and the Valencia airports and approximately one hour from each with a pleasant drive to the coastal resorts of Moraira and Calpe.

Denia is 10km away, a large town with many shops, bars, restaurants and a great port with ferries to Ibiza and Palma, which we have visited for a day and night before now.

The traditional historic un-spoilt Spanish town of Oliva is 3km away and we have enjoyed many an evening relaxing with food and drink, whilst trying out some of our Spanish!!

Local Spa:
We have sampled many of the wonderful treatments available in the beautiful Spa at the Hotel, which also invites you to immerse yourself in the relaxing, exclusive surrounding facilities, dedicated to the care and wellbeing of your body which include:
• Eternity pool with water jets and fountain
• Integrated jacuzzi
• Finnish sauna
• Turkish bath with added aromatic herbs
• Lemon water immersion zone
• Solarium
• Relaxation room with therapeutic music.
The costs are reasonable and believe me the treatments are truly memorable!

Golf and sport:
Designed and built by Seve Ballesteros, the Oliva Nova Golf Club course extends to around 50 hectares.

Some technical information for you golfers

It is a par 72 links course of 6,350 m with a slope of 120, the main characteristic of which is that 15 of its 18 holes include water obstacles. It is a technical course over gently undulating ground. It is easy to walk, and adheres to the traditional formula of four par 3s, four par 5s and ten par 4s, where good strokes are rewarded and bad ones are not, and, as Seve himself says:

"This course offers great possibilities to all golfers, as it has short, medium and long holes, and fairways with left and right doglegs. I think it poses a challenge to any golfer."

After golf (or for those spectators) having lunch on the terrace is really enjoyable. The complex also offers a variety of sporting options including tennis and a driving range

To secure your dates, we require a non-refundable deposit of €75 (or £70 if booking in £ UK Sterling) or 30% of the booking value (whichever is the higher)

Your dates are not secure until the deposit has been paid. The balance should be paid in full 6 weeks before you arrive. If your reservation is within 70 days before your arrival, you will be required to pay the full amount with your reservation.
