All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and benefit from fantastic en-suite bathrooms.There are two sitting rooms, one ground floor tv/kids den with an extensive dvd and music library for guests use, the other on the first floor is an elegant sitting room- library.Contemporary fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a beautiful garden with 3 huge date palms, olive, jacaranda and citrus trees creating shady spots for quiet relaxation and a long private swimming pool (13m x 3m) for sole use of guests with an uninterrupted backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains. Sun loungers, garden sofas and armchairs for 8. palm-shaded dining terrace with round table and 8 chairs.
Peacefully situated at the end of an orange-tree lined camino yet only 5 minutes walk to the centre of Fornalutx. 10 minutes drive to the lively Port de Soller with its many beaches, restaurants and a busy marina.
The house benefits from full central heating and operates a strict no smoking policy for the comfort of our guests.
There are many activities available just a short drive from the house and if you belong to the chill-out holiday set, Cas Penelopes tranquil setting will help you unwind in double quick time.
