The apartment
This luxury, front line golf apartment with marble flooring and excellent facilities has 2 good-sized bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Comfortably sleeps 6. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided. Linen and towels (not beach towels) provided.
The spacious lounge / dining area has a comfortable sofa bed, settee, chairs, dining table seats 6, TV / DVD / Video, CD player with DVD/ Video and CD library available, books, family games (UNO, cards, jigsaws etc)
South facing Terrace with lovely views of golf course, mountains and sea has furniture and parasol..
Modern kitchen with fridge/ freezer, hob, toaster, kettle, combination microwave, sandwich maker, dishwasher, washing machine and an excellent range of utensils, pots and pans.
Storage cupboard contains beach equipment for guests use – boogie boards, parasols, mats, windbreaker, buckets, spades and toys for children.
On this private, gated complex is a communal swimming pool (open May to end of September) with life guard, short tennis court and childrens play area. There is an underground secure parking facility with designated parking bay for guest use.

If you are travelling with babies and small children you will find the apartment can offer you a cot, buggie, potty, feeding facilities, paddling pool for terrace use, sun blinds for your hire car and a lot of the hastle of travelling with young explorers taken care of!
The apartment is on the first floor but has lift access and is wheelchair and pram friendly.
The apartment, linen and towels are cleaned on each change-over. For stays of over 7 days a cleaning service can be provided. A welcome pack may be provided for a small charge (you can tell us what shopping you need to get you started and we can have it waiting for you on arrival whether it be bread and milk or beer and cheese!)
Baviera Golf course and Caleta de Velez
Unlike some Costa golf courses, Baviera is new and has many stretches of stunning scenery and dramatic views. The Driving Range has excellent facilities including being flood lit during the autumn and winter months in the evening. The Club House provides a friendly welcome with excellent food.
Caleta de Velez was loved by the Moors and Romans alike and you will love it too! A small fishing village with a gently sweeping beach and long stretches of sand with childrens play facilities, marina, cafes, and restaurants provides an ideal location for your holiday. The village has excellent bakers, a butcher, supermarket, internet café, newsagent and hairdresser.
The surrounding area
The complex takes its name from the Almijara mountains which can be seen from the apartment behind the Moorish Alcazbar tower which is floodlit in the evenings. There are many gems to discover nestling in these hills – ancient villages, stunning views and exciting adventures.
Nearby there is fishing, horse riding, walking, cycling, an exciting water park AquaVelis, GoCarting, cinema, 10-pin bowling, restaurants, night clubs (in Torre Del Mar).
