LOCATION

Our new apartment is situated around a beautiful pool and surrounding green areas for a perfect relaxing holiday. The apartment is only 20 metres from the pool and offers full pool view from the apartment terrace.
The Plaza in Villamartin centre which is known for its cosmopolitan cuisine, tropical parrots and palm trees is a short distance from the apartment but far enough to retain peace and quiet.

The beaches of La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig are less than 10 minute drive away and there are many other beautiful beaches nearby and easily reached.

The larger historic town of Torrevieja with its newly built shopping centre is a 15 minute drive on either the AP-7 Motorway or N332 Coast Road.

AIRPORTS

From Villamartin centre Murcia Airport is just a 20 minute drive South or Alicante Airport 40 minutes north.

GOLF

Villamartin Golf Course is a short walk from the plaza and boasts beautiful scenery. There are 3 other golf courses in our vicinity all of which are in our personal information on site.

ACCOMODATION

The apartment is air-conditioned and has an open plan layout which comprises of lounge area with comfortable sofa and modern leather chairs, coffee table and leather sideboard with mirror above. There is Sky TV, CD player and plenty of storage.

The dining area has a glass table and chairs and suspended lights for evening entertainment .There is a bar with two leather stools directly overlooking the kitchen.
The well equipped kitchen is modern with stainless appliances and microwave. There is a large fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, full washing and ironing facilities and all kitchen requirements regarding utensils.

The master bedroom is well fitted with wardrobes and is tastefully decorated. It has a double bed with lamps either side on small chests of drawers. Leading off the bedroom is an en suite comprising of walk in shower, vanity unit and low coupled WC.

The family bathroom consists of full white bath, wc, bidet and vanity unit
housing the basin.

The apartment is fitted with professional security grills and C.R.A.C. burglar alarm.

The outside of the apartment consists of terrace with lighting for relaxing/ eating and overlooks the pool sideways.

There is a lawned area down the front steps which provides more space for relaxing and sunbathing.

The beautiful pool is regularly maintained and allows you to sit directly beside if you wish.

Car hire is easy and there are various car hire companies to choose from for your transport requirements.

Bed linen and house towels are provided and spare linen is stored on the HELP YOU WITH YOUR BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE WE ARE SUPPLING 4 BEACH TOWELS AND BEACH BAG.
In the apartment you will find beach chairs and umbrella.

ON ARRIVAL

A welcome pack can be arranged for you when you arrive at the apartment which will consist of :- Milk, water, bread, butter and eggs for a cost of 15 Euros.
