A modern townhouse situated with spectacular uninterrupted views to the coast and hills around Manilva. The fully air conditioned house sleeps up to 8 people and is tastefully furnished and equipped to a very high standard inside and out.Air conditioning can be set hot/cold depending on your needs and season.The spacious terrace overlooks the communal pool,and with a large b-b-q provides an al fresco dining location.There is private parking underneath the house in the garage for two cars.

Amenities/Facilities provided
The living room is spacious with a TV, DVD player. There is a dining table and eight chairs. Patio doors lead onto the main terrace with an eight seater table and recliner chairs, gas BBQ.

The kitchen is modern and spacious. It is fully equipped with quality appliances including oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, as well as all the necessary utensils.

The main bathroom on the 1st floor has a bath, shower, bidet, toilet and sink. On the ground floor there is a shower room with toilet, sink and shower cubicle.


The house is only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful port of Duquesa which features a variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.Within easy reach of many golf courses including San Roque and the famous Valderrama.

Our house is beautifully furnished with all you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday. There are 3 terraces as well as the patio garden to the front.

We have a housekeeping team who will welcome you and show you around the property answering any queries. They also have a 24/7 contact number should you need them.
Welcome packs are available on arrival.
Should you wish to have the property cleaned during your stay the housekeeping team will arrange this for you. You will need to pay them directly for this service.

There are many beautiful beaches within a short driving distance. Our closest beach is Sabinillas with its lovely promenade only 5 minutes drive away. Just past the port of Duquesa is the beach of Castillo de Duquesa which is also quiet and tranquil.

The wondeful beach of Tarifa with its skies lit up with kite surfers is only 40 minutes drive away on the Costa de la Luz and is well worth a visit.

Gibraltar is 30 minutes away.
Malaga airport 55 minutes drive with easy access via the new toll road (AP7).
Jerez Airport is 90 Minutes.
Sevilla Airport is about 3 Hrs.

Please note our main changeover day in the summer is Saturday but flexible.
We will do our best to be flexible to your rquirements.
The arrival time of 4pm and departure time of 10 am is only enforced if the next booking is the same day.

The village of manilva is 5 minutes walk from the property. Sabinillas is 5 minutes drive away. This is a fishing village with pavements cafes, bars and beachfront seafood restaurants.
Puerto Duquesa is also 5 minutes drive away. The port has many bars& restaurants and is a wonderful place to spend the evening.
Estepona 10 minutes.
Puerto Banus 20 minutes.
Marbella 25 minutes.
Ronda 60 minutes.
Seville 2 hours.
