Located midway between the towns of La Nucia and Altea, in the very popular residential area of Bello Horizonte.

The apartment is in a small complex of 20 with a pool and gardens.
10 apartments on the ground floor and 10 on the top floor.

The apartment is on the top floor, 14 steps to the front door. Parking directly outside the apartment

A car is necessary, as there is no bus in the area. You will discover some lovely mountain villages within 20/30 minutes drive and the local coastline is well worth exploring.

Benidorm is 20 minutes away where there are theme parks to suit all interests, Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mitica, and Terra Natura.

There are 2 restaurants within walking distance and a cafe bar where the tapas is excellent.
Super Value supermarket is 1 km. near enough to walk for your daily fresh bread and good quality locally grown fruit and veg.

Altea town center is 4km. there you can explore the old town area, where you will find narrow streets with whitewashed houses, a taste of real Spain. The church square is the place to sit and enjoy a coffee. The amazing view from Calpe to Albir can be seen from the square. Below at Altea seafront there is a great selection of restaurants where Menu del Dia is always good value. Lunch from 8.50€ per person including wine.

Calpe and Albir are close by and also have lots to offer the holiday maker.

Excellent apartment

Excellent service and the owner is very fast to communicate and easy to do business with. We will be booking this apartment again for future holidays
