Casa Ladera is a luxury villa situated on a hillside, it is secluded offering peace and tranquility yet within easy reach of the local village of Torrox (5 min drive) the town of Nerja (15 min drive)and the coast (10 min drive).
Casa Ladera has its own pool and three terraces.
The villa sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms.There are 2 double rooms, a shower room, lounge /diner and kitchen downstairs. A double bedroom with roof terrace and full bathroom is situated upstairs.
The house is fully equipped with a dish washer, washing machine, toaster, juicer etc and has sky TV, CD player gas BBQ and outside dining area.
Cots and high chairs are available
It is suitable for people with restricted mobility, with just two shallow steps from the garden area to the house.
The pool and surrounding terrace is on the same level and adjacent to the house which gives us peace of mind with young children around.
The local village of Torrox is close by, where there are shops banks some good restaurants and bars.
Torrox Costa is a 10 minute drive away where you will find large supermarkets restaurants bars and banks etc. There is a long promenade to stroll along stop for a bite to eat watch the sunst and just relax!.
Nerja a pretty town with lovely beach is a 15 minute drive away where you will find just about most things you will need. Nerja also has some wonderful caves…well worth a visit.
Granada and Seville can easily be visited in a day the roads are good and the scenery is amazing.

Its a wonderful place to spend your holiday. The villa is light and airy and uncluttered while providing everything to make your life easy. If you stay in the cooler months logs can be provided for you snuggle up in front of the fire .. The house is very safe with security blinds and alarm system.
