The Apartment is situated at Duquesa Village in Manilva.
It is 5 mins from Puerto de la Duquesa which is surrounded by Restaurants, Bars, Boutiques & a small supermarket.
You can also organise Whale/Dolphin watching trips as well a deep sea fishing trips from the Marina. The beautiful Blue Flag Beach is also accessible from the Marina as is the Board Walk which takes you to the lovely beach front town of Sabinillas.
Puerto Banus, Marbella & Estepona are also within an easy driving distance from Duquesa.

If Golf is your thing the apartment complex is next to the La Duquesa Golf course and there are some of the best golf courses in Europe along this coast, including Valderrama, Sotogrande & San Roque

The apartments accomodation consists of the main bedroom with a double bed, built in wardrobes, access to the terrace through patio doors, an ensuite marble tiled bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, bidet, toilet & pedestal basin.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, built in wardrobes & access to a private patio via patio doors

The main bathroom is also marble tiled with a seperate shower cubicle, toilet & pedestal basin,

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob & fan, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron & ironing board.

The lounge/ diner has a cream leather corner suite, coffee table & end table. a beech & glass dining table & suede dining chairs.
A TV with Sky & DVD.
This leads to the terrace through patio doors which has a glass & wrought iron patio table & chairs.
All the patio doors have electronic shutters for added security.
There is air conditioning & heat for the cooler months & marble floors throughout.

The apartment is accessed through an underground garage with an allocated parking space and a lift up to the ground floor apartment .

There are 2 communal swimming pools, one for the children.
