If you require privacy, there is a Jacuzzi offering the ideal setting in the private walled rear patio. Just a short walk up the promenade to the wellstocked shops and bars in this lovely little spanish village with weekly sunday market and being only 5 minutes from the world famous La Manga Golf Club Resort. There are many more golf courses in close vicinity.

The accommodation has a very spacious lounge dining area with an office to the rear with free internet wifi. To the front there is a cosy T.V room offering english satellite television and a dvd player where you can watch all your favourite movies,we supply various children and grown up movies. There are patio doors onto the front terraces from here. Also offering a generous sized fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. There are 3 double bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes, 1 king size bed, 1 double and in the third bedroom an option of a king or two singles. There is also one family bathroom upstairs and one seperate toilet(cloakroom) downstairs and also shower facilities around the pool area . The property offers new air circulation ceiling fans in all bedrooms and sitting areas and airconditioning in two of the bedrooms. There is extensive private terraces and seating areas, just the perfect place for a glass of Vino or 2 in the sun!!!!!! With front & rear terraces, the sun is on the rear terraces in the morning, then by lunchtime, the sun is at the front of the house, with allday sunshine on the swimming pool. Enjoy!!!!

Beautifully maintained and decorated to a high standard, this is the perfect place to relax being only 10 metres from the beach and located next to a conservation area, where in peak season is never crowded with holiday makers.

No need to drive, as You can walk for miles safely, without seeing a main road and the village train station is just a few minutes walk away, you can take this to the La union large market on a Tuesday or carry on into the historic city of Cartagena or if you just want to stay put, there is the Los Nietos market on Sundays just a 15 minute walk away. Information on bicycle hire is on hand at the house.

Just 15 minutes by motorway from Murcia, San Javier Airport and 50 minutes from Alicante Airport, this beautiful part of Spain is quite unknown to many people and probably Spains Best Kept Secret, with the beautiful Mar Menor (little sea) a saltwater lagoon divided from the Mediterranean by the La Manga strip. Almond trees, palms and windmills add to the beauty of the landscape of this area.

I can say this, once youve been here for a week or 2 and enjoyed the property and location in Spain, you wont want to go home!!!!!!
