Description: |
Almerimar was originally a fishing village but it now has one of the best marinas in Spain. Here you will see boats of all sizes. Visitors can stroll along the quay side and take in the atmosphere of the busy port, perhaps stopping for a bite to eat in one of the restaurants, with such a wide variety of traditional Spanish Tappas bars , Chinese restaurant and fish restaurant and many more. Brand new apartment 3rd floor apartment, close to lift, views of the sea, beautiful complex with swimming pool and new laid gardens also with childrens play area.Swimming pool closed from october to june.
Close to beach and marina, also shops and restaurants, 2 minute drive to a Gary Player 27 hole golf course. Lovely area of Spain, 30 minute drive to Almeria airport, 1 hour drive to Fort Bravo, Texas Hollywood in Europe, where films such as The Good, the Bad and the Ugly and a Fist Full of Dollars plus many more where filmed, live shows everyday. 90 minute drive to Sierra Nevada Mountains where skiing is seasonal, beach in the morning skiing in the afternoon.
