Two-storey house with terraces front and rear. Large and light lounge/diner with views to beach, mountains and town from three sides, with TV and DVD player. Three bedrooms (1 King, 1 twin, 1 single) - can sleep up to 6 with addition of foldaway bed. Two bathrooms (one up, one down).

Two communal pools (1 deep, 1 childrens) open from June to September. The development has extensive gardens giving enjoyable walks with panoramic views of sea and mountains. Car parking within 10 metres of house. Burriana Beach (with bars and restaurants including the world's biggest paella) is less than 5 mins by car, 15 minutes walk. A local shop within 100 metres has everything you are likely to need, and the centre of Nerja is a short drive or walk away. There is a bar/restaurant on the development (100 metres away, English spoken).
