3 bed detached villa with private pool and sunny roof terrace, accommodating six people, situated in Moraira and located approx one hour from Alicante and Valencia Airports and 30 mins from Benidorm where you will find Terra Mitica (Theme Park), Terra Natura (Animal & Water Park), Mundomar (Sea World) and Aqualandia (Water Park).
Two twin bedrooms and one double with en suite, kitchen with fridge, good size cooker, bathroom with shower, nice lounge/diner, stereo CD, TV and DVD. Washing Machine and additional fridge/freezer in garage. Covered terrace for al fresco dining. Fully equipped including umbrellas and loungers, together with cooler box for the beach. Ample off road parking in the good size secluded flat garden, which also has an outside shower. Central heating can be supplied at an additional cost during the winter months.
All amenities on the Tabaira urbanisation are within approximately five minutes walk of the villa, e.g. bars/restaurants and well stocked supermarket. It is situated approx one mile from good sandy beaches which have the blue flag of the EU, prestigious harbour, main shopping area and large selection of good international restaurants and bars. There are plenty of water sports and golf nearby and many places of interest within close proximity.
