This one-bedroom bungalow, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is situated on the spacious and peaceful Jardin del Sol complex. Centrally located, the development is made up of 34 bungalows and is just a short stroll from Playa Flamingo. It is also within easy walking distance of the harbour and all the shops, bars and restaurants to be found in the beautiful resort of Playa Blanca.

Having recently been refurbished to a high standard, our Playa Blanca holiday home enjoys a perfect position overlooking the large communal pool and offers lovely views across the gardens to the mountains beyond. It features its own enclosed private garden and terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs.

Facilities provided include:
- new well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, small oven,
fridge, toaster and kettle
- laundry area with automatic washer
- new bathroom with large shower, bidet, vanity wash basin and
toilet
- good sized bedroom with twin beds
- sofa beds in living area
- satellite TV, CD and DVD player
- ceiling fans in bedroom and living area (a must for the summer!)

Notes
PLAYA BLANCA

Once a small fishing village on the most southerly tip of Lanzarote, Playa Blanca is now the Island’s third resort.

Despite being a newly developed resort, every effort has been made to match the traditional with the modern and it has been a great success.

From the dominating summit of Montana Roja (Red Mountain) which can be accessed quite easily, there are stunning views over the coastline.

Playa Blanca boasts a scenic promenade offering leisurely strolls from Punta Pechiguera (the lighthouse) at the extreme southern end of the island to Marina Rubicon and beyond.

There are numerous restaurants and bars lining the water-front where every kind of cuisine can be sampled, from Spanish to Oriental to the good-old traditional British.

Playa Flamingo, a safe bathing area for all the family, is just across the road, you can literally be on the beach within a 5 minute walk from the bungalow!

The nearby fine white beaches of Papagayo are washed by crystal clear waters. These are among the best in the Canaries and indeed all of Spain. There is a water taxi service to these beaches from the harbour.

You can also take the ferry to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura on one of the ferries which cross regularly from the harbour, a trip which only takes some 40 minutes.
