The apartment has a 2 Bedrooms with a single bed each one and 1 Bedroom with a double bed.
It is possible to put 1 or 2 beds extras in the individual bedrooms or 1 double sofa bed in the living room. All possibilities is for the same price for a maximum 6 people.
The apartment has 2 baths, one with tub and other one with shower, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, oven, coffeemaker, toaster, etc.), living room with sofa bed and balcony overlooking the street (orientated to the sea) and also has a wide terrace in the posterior part of the apartment.

Note: Possibility of placing 1 or 2 individual beds in the individual bedrooms instead of the sofa to use bed (no post extra if the occupation is for a maximum of 6 persons. Consult prices for an occupation of more than 6 persons)

Included in the price for 6 people: Towels (3 per person), Bed Linen, Internet Access (wired or WiFi), Consumption of water, electricity and gas. Final Cleaning (or weekly for reservations from 14 nights) and Taxes.

The apartment is placed in Sitge’s centre (Street Parellades, 14).
The beach is to only 100 meters and the bus and train station to 500 meters.

Notes
To make booking a 25% deposit is required via bank transfer. Balance and a returnable deposit of 250€ is paid on arrival (Only cash accepted) or by bank transfer one week before your arrival.

Cancellation: 1 month before date of arrival, 100% return of deposit, 30-15 days before date of arrival, return of 50% of deposit, 14-7 days before date of arrival, 25% return of deposit, 6 days before date of arrival, no return of deposit

Arrivals to apartment starting from 15:00 H and departures before 12:00 H.
