The Villa is situated in one of the finest golf and residential developments on the Costa Blanca, located in a quiet area yet close to all amenities.
The area is ideally situated for both golfers, non-golfers and their families It is comprehensively furnished and offers very comfortable accommodation.
The property is superbly located only five minutes walk to bars and shops and a twenty minute stroll to Villamartin Plaza with its wealth of restaurants and amenities. Nearby is horse riding, go-carting and tennis and an ‘aqua park’ in Torrevieja.
Ten minutes drive to beautiful blue flag beaches and only 5 minutes drive to the three golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Compoamor. Twenty minutes drive to the town of Torrevieja, fifty minutes to Alicante airport aand only 25 minutes from Murcia airport.
Torrevieja is 11 kms away and is a typical Spanish town. There is a large marina and boat & fishing trips are available at the port. There is an abundance of tapas bars, restaurants and night clubs as well as excellent shopping. Stroll the promenade with its bustling night market and fun fair. Visit the large new shopping mall called Los Habaneras complete with a Carrefour hypermarket.
