This third floor apartment is situated on the popular Monte B complex which is part of the prestigious Miraflores golf resort having all the facilities you would expect, including some 20 swimming pools, club house with wonderful restaurant, tennis, lawn bowls, and weekly international evening entertainment.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, fully fitted wardrobes, and another fantastic view to the sea. The second rear bedroom has twin beds and views over the golf course to the mountains beyond. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower
The mature gardens of the gated secure complex have 2 pools and plenty of lawned sunbathing areas and are downstairs from the apartment. The shops and golf course are 5mins walk away with the sea approx 10mins walk

5min drive to the Miraflores beach resort and yet only 5-min walk from the little town of Torrenueva where there are shops, a supermarket and restaurants
The Miraflores beach club with its own swimming pool and restaurant is 5min drive by car and the
Miraflores 18 hole golf club and academy, is next to the resort.
There are some 30 other courses within a 20-min drive
There is a broad selection of other sports activities available to you, including water sports, skiing, horseriding, go-karting and more.
