High spec, luxuriously furnished apartment, well-equipped with heating/air-conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, and a fantastic large sunny terrace with views over the New Atalya Park golf course, the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. You can also see Africa in the distance on a clear day!

There is a large fenced outdoor pool, and additionally, an indoor pool and spa where you can take a sauna or turkish bath, or just relax on a heated lounging bed.

Conde de Luque is in a superb location, only a couple of kilometres from San Pedro, a lively Spanish town situated on long sandy beaches. Ten minutes drive away is the glamour of Puerto Banus with its world famous marina, stylish cafes, restaurants and shops. Alternatively, Benhavis up in the hills, is a more traditional Spanish village with cobbled streets, and superb local eateries, tapas bars & local gift shops.

For golfers, you could not be in a better location, just a few minutes from Atalaya Park and many other beautiful courses.

Notes
The apartment has been furnished to the highest standard and is equipped with solid marble floors, halogen down lighters, power showers and hot/cold ducted air-conditioning.
There is spanish satellite tv and Sky Freesat.

There is a good-sized master bedroom with marble-finished ensuite and dressing area. The ensuite has a bath and separate hydro-massage shower unit. The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate bathroom with shower. Both bathrooms have infrared heat lamps for the winter months and natural light.

The kitchen is furnished with all new appliances and has a laundry terrace opening from it. There is a large living/dining area which opens on to a 30m2 sunny terrace overlooking the golf course and sea. The terrace is equipped for comfortable al fresco dining and there are two sun loungers for those who wish to relax in the sun.

Wi-fi is available in the spa building next to the outdoor pool.
The gymnasium is free for residents to use.
The indoor pool and sauna are closed during Summer months (June - Sept inclusive)

The apartment has Spanish satellite TV and Sky Freeview. Channels available can be checked on the Sky website.
